POSTED TRAVEL FEES:

Notarizations At Your Home, Office, Hospital, etc. - Within Rockwall County I charge $25 travel service fee to your location (excluding Will and Trust appointments), plus the state-allowed per-notarization fees shown above. Contact me for a quote for areas outside of Rockwall. Zelle or cash only, and I can make change if needed.

I-9 Forms - This form is not notarized and is not subject to state-allowed fees, however I may act as an authorized representative for your employer. I charge $30 per I-9 to meet with you, review your identification documents from the required categories, complete section 2 and sign this paper form. Bring with you any required photocopies of your identification documents. If your employer requires your I-9 to be completed via computer, my fee is $40 and we will meet at the Rockwall Library to complete this process using one of the library computers. I-9 forms are not eligible for my Super Saver Travel Deal. Zelle or cash only, and I can make change if needed.

Wills and Trusts - Due to the nature of Wills and Trusts, Signing Agent services are provided in addition to notarial services; Wills and Trusts require a much longer appointment time and must be done in the privacy of your home or office. Please call for a travel fee quote which is dependent upon your location, however appointments in Rockwall County are typically $40 travel fee plus the state-allowed fees shown above. Wills generally require at least two witness signatures, and the witness signatures typically require notarization. Witnesses must be prepared to show photo ID to the notary, as their signatures will typically be notarized on a Self-Proving Affidavit that accompanies the Will. All signers must provide their own witnesses. Best practice is witnesses should be over the age of 18 and disinterested parties to the Will or Trust (i.e. not beneficiaries of the Will/Trust or named in the Will/Trust.) There are some restrictions on the types of Wills I notarize - please call to discuss your particular document. Zelle or cash only, and I can make change if needed.

ALL SIGNERS REQUESTING NOTARIZATION SERVICES MUST PRESENT NON-EXPIRED GOVERNMENT-ISSUED PHOTO ID THAT CONTAINS A SIGNATURE:

  • State-Issued Drivers License WITH SIGNATURE (any state)
  • State-Issued Non-Driver Identification Card WITH SIGNATURE (any state)
  • United States Passport WITH SIGNATURE
  • United States Military ID WITH SIGNATURE (please note that CAC cards without signature are not acceptable ID for notarizations in Texas)
  • Alien Registration Card issued by the United States WITH SIGNATURE

NOT ACCEPTABLE FOR NOTARIZATION IDENTIFICATION IN TEXAS:

  • Matrícula Consular ID card
  • Expired United States passport or State ID card / drivers license

***Name listed on ID must match what is listed on your document - please check for middle name or initial on your ID to ensure it matches your document.***

I AM NOT AN ATTORNEY LICENSED TO PRACTICE LAW IN TEXAS AND MAY NOT GIVE LEGAL ADVICE OR ACCEPT FEES FOR LEGAL ADVICE.

I DO NOT PROVIDE LEGAL FORMS, HOWEVER TEXAS NOTARIES ARE ALLOWED TO PROVIDE A TEXAS NOTARIAL CERTIFICATE FOR YOUR DOCUMENT UPON REQUEST.
